Learn more about the history of the Biffar family and our family enterprise. Since 1879 the winery is located in the sandstone buildings in the East of the ancient city of Deidesheim.
Today it is directed by Lilli Biffar-Hirschbil and Hubert Hirschbil in the fourth generation of the family, assisted by a young and motivated team.
- Sweet gifts, also combined with wines, offered by our sister company J. Biffar & Co. GmbH, Germany’s last manufactory of traditional Glacé Fruits.
